Payment Terms

  • Payment in Advance: All design services provided by Pizazz Print require payment in advance. Work on your project will commence only after we receive the first half of the total payment.
  • Balance Due: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final files are delivered or the product is sent to print.

Return Policy

  • Client Error: In the event of client error (e.g., incorrect information provided, design changes after approval, etc.), a reprint fee will apply. The reprint fee will be 70% of the original order total. The client is responsible for reviewing all proofs and ensuring accuracy before approving the final design.
  • No Refunds: Please note that all payments made to Pizazz Print for design services are non-refundable. Once work has commenced on a project, clients are responsible for payment in full, regardless of the project’s completion status or any changes in circumstances.

Commencement of Orders

  • Payment Confirmation: Orders will commence only after we receive confirmation of the first half of the payment. Delays in payment may result in delays in the commencement of your order.

  • Quality Control: We take great care to ensure that our design services meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address them to your satisfaction.
